  • When the standard polymer formulation does not meet the requirements of your unique application, you can customize the formulation to create innovative fluoropolymer compounds with specific properties that the base polymer does not have. Through our mature customized facilities, fluoropolymer compounds can be made to have enhanced performance compared with base polymers, such as reducing weight, improving dimensional stability or abrasion resistance, etc.
  • Commonly used fillers for custom PTFE composite materials include those listed in Table 1. Of course, if you need to customize other basic fluoropolymer composite materials, such as FEP, PVDF, ETFE, PFA, etc., please contact us to discuss your detailed requirements.
