JOB DESCRIPTION
Materials scientist is mainly responsible for formulating strategies and plans for introducing new products, new technologies, and new projects in materials directions according to the company's development strategy. An excellent materials scientist should have good collaboration and communication skills, and rely on their academic ability to bring new inspiration and vitality to Alfa Chemistry.
As a materials scientist, you will:
- Conceive, design and execute research projects related to high-performance polymer materials.
- Responsible for the team building of the material chemistry business development, formulating the project work plan of the department's various tasks, and inspecting the implementation of the plan.
- According to the formulated new products and technologies of material chemistry, research market information, analyze the trends of the competitive market, and provide reliable and effective research reports for the development of new business in the direction of materials.
- Assist colleagues in the department to improve the development and cooperation ideas of related polymer materials.
- Maintain the latest understanding of the development of the polymer materials field, and maintain in-depth exploration of the needs of companies in the polymer materials field.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Materials science, polymer materials, chemistry or chemical engineering and other materials related majors, doctoral degree.
- Possess rich theoretical and practical experience of polymer materials, such as theoretical knowledge of polymer materials, polymer synthesis, polymer performance characterization, etc.
- Have a thirst for knowledge, and are willing to continuously learn new knowledge at work and expand your knowledge domain.
- Have keen market insight and efficient execution capabilities.
- The qualities of firmness, focus and attention to detail are very important.
- Have the ability to think independently, and be able to collaborate with the team friendly.
