· Following the PFOTES deposition, the hole-transport layer, spiro-OMeTAD, is coated onto the perovskite layer at 4000 rpm for 30 seconds. The spiro-OMeTAD solution preparation involves diluting 80 mg of spiro-OMeTAD in chlorobenzene and adding specific additives like 4-tert-butylpyridine, bis(trifluoromethane)sulfonimide lithium salt solution, and cobalt-complex solution in acetonitrile.
· Finally, an ultra-thin layer of gold (Au) measuring 70 nm is evaporated on top of the spiro-OMeTAD layer to serve as the contact electrode layer, completing the device fabrication process.

The mixture was stirred, ultrasonicated, and heated to ensure proper mixing, and air bubbles were removed in a vacuum oven. Films with PFOES-rGO content of 0.05, 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0 wt% were prepared.
