This low-density design also ensures minimal Z axis expansion, a feature uncommon in PTFE-rich composites. Compared to traditional low dielectric PTFE composites, TLY-5Z offers significantly greater thermal stability concerning Z axis expansion-induced stress on plated through holes. |
