Description | Ethyl Perfluorobutyl Ether TPD-HFE-7200 is a clear, colorless, low odor fluid used in many applications to replace ozone depleting substances (ODS), compounds with high global warming potential (GWP), and chlorinated materials. Low surface tension, low viscosity, and strong wetting properties make it ideal for vapor degreasing, electronic displays, anti-fingerprint coating solvents, cosmetic wetting agents, and cold cleaning. TPD-HFE-7200 is suitable for liquid cooling of working medium components in semiconductor manufacturing processes, such as semiconductor dry etching, wafer testing, and package testing. |
