| Description |
1. The product has color white appearance, ultra fine and evenly distributed particles, more delicate texture, and dispersed in good case for great scratch resistance properties.
2. In coating application, it can make the product to have a very low coefficient of friction, and performs an excellent abrasion and scratch resistance. Its main role on coating is to improve the lubrication of the paint, as well as the abrasion and corrosion resistance.
3. In powder coating application, the micronized PTFE wax provides a distinct performance on scratch resistance.
4. In paints and printing inks applications, the product provides an excellent smoothness (slip). In printing inks, an additional amountbetween 0.1% ~ 3% of the product can significantly improve the sliding properties of ink, and printing products rubbing, it can avoid the adhesion of the paper products. |

| Usage |
1. In a variety of systems, the additional amount of the micronized wax is generally between 0.1 to 3%.
2. Usually by way of a direct high-speed stirring, it dispersed in solvent-based coatings and printing inks.
3. Through a variety of grinding machines and high-shear dispersing device, and the use of grind mill. Must pay attention to the control of the temperature.
4. Pre-dispersing treatment can be performed to prepare a concentration of 20-30% wax slurry, when needed to add into the system, thus reducing the time of wax dispersion. |
