Description Incorporating carbon fibers into PEEK improves its compressive strength and stiffness while significantly reducing its expansion rate. This variant delivers superior wear resistance and load-bearing capacity, along with thermal conductivity that is 3.5 times greater than that of unreinforced PEEK, facilitating quicker heat dissipation from the bearing surface. Carbon-filled PEEK exhibits a black hue.
