PVDF-LBG03 is a medium viscosity grade homopolymer that enhances the bond between polymer molecules, active materials, and metal pole pieces. It improves adhesion performance and corrosion resistance in electrolytes, making it especially suitable for lithium iron phosphate and ternary material systems. This polymer effectively increases the bending resistance of pole pieces and reduces the amount of formula needed. This, in turn, decreases the DC internal resistance of the battery, enhances energy density and charge/discharge performance, and effectively suppresses changes in internal resistance during cycling. These qualities make PVDF-LBG03 ideal for meeting the demands of the automotive industry.
