CNC laser cutting refers to the process of cutting materials with a high-power density laser beam. When the focused laser beam hits the material, the irradiated area will rise sharply to melt or vaporize the material. After the laser beam penetrating the material, the laser beam moves along the contour line to melt or evaporate the material to form a hole. As the laser beam moves, the continuous holes form a slit with a very narrow width (about 0.1 mm), thus realizing the cutting of materials.
With the development of science and technology, high-end fluoroplastic products play an important role in high-tech fields such as automobile, electronic, medical equipment, and even aerospace. As a result, the cutting requirements for fluoroplastics in the high-end field are correspondingly more stringent. The use of CNC laser cutting technology can help achieve accuracy, cleanliness, speed and efficiency in the processing of welding, cutting, engraving and drilling for fluoroplastics. The CNC accuracy of our equipment allows for components to be produced to machine grade accuracy.

The numerical control nesting software effectively improves the material utilization rate and the work efficiency of cutting production preparation through computer drawing, part optimization nesting and numerical control programming.
During the cutting process, the laser does not touch the surface of the object, ensuring the quality of each product, making the product more beautiful, efficient, saving materials, and improving competitiveness.
Compared with other conventional processing methods, laser cutting has greater adaptability.
