Fluoropolymer Sheets and Plates

  • Fluoropolymer sheets provided by Alfa Chemistry Fluoropolymers are available in various sizes and thicknesses. PTFE sheets of standard size 1500x1500 mm and different thicknesses are available from stock.
  • If customers have other size requirements, please contact us for customization.
  • The materials of our fluoropolymer sheets include PTFE, FEP, PVDF, etc.
  • If you need to avoid static charges, anti-static fluoropolymer sheets are the recommended choice.
  • If you need to bond fluoropolymer plates, etched fluoropolymer plates are the recommended choice.

  • Polytetrafluoroethylene sheet can be used for electrical insulation, sealing gasket, anti-sticking material, lubricating material. The added material can be glass fiber, carbon, graphite and so on.
  • The extruded ECTFE sheet can be thermoformed into various parts, such as the battery box of a pacemaker.
  • The surface adhesion of the surface-modified fluoropolymer plate is improved. Therefore, the active coating of titanium dioxide can be fixed on the surface of the activated fluoropolymer substrate through the sol-gel dip coating method, which exhibits very high photocatalytic activity and bactericidal activity.
