Uniaxially oriented with high d31 of 29-31 pC/N. d33 is higher than 23 pC/N and modulus is >2.0 GPa.
With 100 nm thick sputtered aluminium electrode produced in roll-to-roll process. The adhesion of the electrode to PVDF is very strong.
The ultrathin electrode provides additional reliability in long-term operation.

| Application |
The aluminium can also be etched with dilute KOH water solution (or NaOH or HCl or vinegar) for producing sensors in university lab.
Great for piezoelectric piezo eneregy harvesting, piezo sensors, microphones, flexible loudspeakers, actuators.
Also for electroactive polymer EAP actuator, soft actuator, robotics. |
