Metallized piezoelectric film, sputtered Cu/Ni electrode Inquiry
Uniaxially oriented with high d31 of 29-31 pC/N. d33 is higher than 20 pC/N and modulus is > 2.0 GPa.
Roll-to-roll sputtered (70 nm or 200 nm)) copper +10nm nickel Cu/Ni electrode. Ni is used to prevent the oxidization of copper. The adhesion of the electrode to PVDF is very strong and it can easily pass tape peel test.
The ultrathin electrode provides additional reliability in long-term operation.
The CuNi electrode can be etched by 1% FeCl3/H2O solution for you to produce your own sensors/actuators.
Uniaxially oriented with high d31 (but almost no d32).
